If the evidence supports a different tier than a customer expected, the canonical determination controls. Prices shown here come from the same server-owned service catalog used by billing.
A Tier 4 determination is not a Gold Seal.
A Tier 4 determination does not itself confer, issue, or authorize a Gold Seal. Any Gold Seal is a separate issuance and registry authority with its own requirements. Paying for a Tier 4 review cannot create that authority. Refund eligibility for paid review services is governed by the Refunds Policy.
